South Indian Bank Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

1.Age Critera Limit: 

Candidates must be ages Not more than 28 years as on 31.12.2016 for Officer and Not more than 40 years as on 31.12.2016 SL.no.2 post. Upper age limit will be relaxed by five years in the case of SC/ST candidates
2.Educational Qualification: 

The candidates should have scored at least 60% in Graduation (B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Electronics & Electrical, Electrical, Instrumentation) or at least 60% in Post Graduation ( MCA, M.Sc IT, M.Sc Computer Science.Candidates must have Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Application Software Development/Project Management for SL.no 1 posts and For SL.2 ,Candidates who have 12 years of experience in IT including development & project /program management, of which more than 10 years is in handling large and complex IT projects, may be selected as Project Managers in Scale III cadre.

3.Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on Aptitude Test/ Group Discussion & Personal Interview

Selected candidates will get pay monthly emoluments of Rs.23700– 980/7 – 30560- 1145/2 – 32850- 1310/7 - 42020 plus DA, HRA & other allowances for Officer Vacancy.

Probationary Manager>>

Scale II: Rs. 31705 - 1145/1 - 32850 - 1310/10 - 45950. plus DA, HRA & other allowances.
Scale III:Rs. 42020 - 1310/5 – 48570 - 1460/2 - 51490. plus DA, HRA & other allowances.
