AIIMs Jobs Eligibility Criteria

Age Criteria: 

Candidates upper age should be 33 years of age as on date of interview . Age relaxation 5 years is applicable to SC/ ST and General OPH & 03 years for OBC, 08 for OBC (OPH) & 10 for SC/ ST (OPH) candidates.

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates should have A postgraduate degree I.E. MD/MS in relevant subject from a recognized University/Institute. .

Mode of Selection

Candidates will be selected based on interview.

Pay Scale/Salary

Selected candidates will get pay of Rs. 15600-39100/- + G.P. Rs. 6600 + other allowances as admissible to Govt. of India employee.

Application Fee

Candidates have o pay application fee of Rs.1000 for General/OBC Category and No fees required for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates. The fee must be pay in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “AIIMS Patna” payable at Patna.

AIIMS Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Age Criteria: 

Candidates upper age Limit should be as follows;

• Professor/Additional Professor: - Not exceeding 58 (Fifty Eight) years as on closing date. 
• Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor/Reader/Lecturer: - Not exceeding 50 (Fifty) years as on closing date. 
• Tutor / Clinical Instructor (Nursing) – Not exceeding 35 years as on closing date

Age relaxation are applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: 

Professor >> - For General Discipline,Candidates must have a post graduate qualification i,e MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent  in the respective discipline/subject with fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S.

for super specialty discipline,Candidates must have a post graduate qualification i,e MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent  in the respective discipline/subject and M.Ch. for surgical super-specialties and D.M. for Medical super specialties (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) with Twelve years teaching and/or research experience in recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.Ch. /D.M. (2years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject.

 Additional Professor>> - Candidates must have Ten years teaching and/or research experience in recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S for General Medicine.Eight years teaching and/or research experience in recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M/M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject or equivalent. Or Seven years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of specialty for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized degree of D.M/M.Ch in the respective discipline/subject or a equivalent recognized qualification.

Nursing Lecturer >> Master Degree in Nursing from a recognized Institution/University. 2. Registered Nurse Midwife. 3. Five years experience with minimum of 02 years teaching experience
