NIRT Recruitment 2017 – Data Entry Operator,Project Technician Posts:National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT), Chennai has released a notification for the recruitment of 14 Posts of Project Technician,DTP Operator and other vacancies. Eligible candidates may submit Prescribed application format on 9th June 2017 .All other detailed are given below.

Applicant's Eligibility Criteria


Educational Qualification: 

Project Technician >> - Candidates must have 12th pass in science subjects and two years Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or PMW or related subject or One year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or 2 years field/lab experience. BSc degree shall be treated as 3 years experience.

Data Entry Operator>> -  Candidates must have 12th Pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from recognized board, or DOEACC ‘A’ Level from a recognized Institute and 2 years experience in EDP work in Govt., autonomous, PSU, or recognized Institution or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application/ IT /Computer Science from a recognized Institution/ University.

Senior Research Fellow >> Master Degree in Social Sciences/Public Health/Epidemiology/Health Science from a recognized institute / university

Age Limit: 

Candidates upper age limit should be 30 years for post no.1,35 years for Post no.3 and 28 years for post no.2 .Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt of India Rules.

Selection Procedure

Candidates are get selected based on Written Test ,Interview and Educational Background.

Application Fee

Candidates are also required to pay fee of  Rs.100/‐ (drawn in favour of Director, NIRT, Chennai by way of DD from any Nationalized banks) (SC/ST, physically disabled candidates and women candidates,    are exempted from payment of fees

Project Technician >> - Candidates must have passed High School or equivalent with successful completion of DMLT From a Government recognized board. Knowledge of Gujarati language, is essential.Along with One year experience in relevant field.

Driver >> -  Candidates must have passed Matric/S.S.C or equivalent from recognized board with valid driving license issued by RTO of any State and authorized to drive Heavy Motor Vehicles (Goods & Passenger) Knowledge of Gujarati language, is essential.

How to Apply NIRT Vacancy

Eligible candidates may download the prescribed application form and submit on Monday, 10th April 2017, at District Tuberculosis Centre, Dahod Dist. Civil Hospital Gujarat at 9.00  A.Mt,o  attend the walk‐in‐interview along with original certificate for age, qualification from Matriculation onwards and proof for certificates of experiences,    caste certificate if any, with a colour passport size photograph along with attested copies of relevant certificates.
