Applicant's Eligibility Criteria
A candidates who wish to apply Govt vacancy in Meghalay
(i) Should be a Citizen of India and belonging to or domiciled in Meghalaya.
(ii)Should have undergone basic course conducted by the Home Guards organization or any
training conducted by Civil Defence organization and also need to met age,qualification are descrbed below.
Age Criteria:
Candidates should be Minimum 20 years and maximum 27 years of age for Post no.1,3,4,5 and 18 to 27 year for Post no.2 & 6. Age relaxation of 5 years in the Upper Age for candidates belonging to SC/ST as per the Govt. policy.
Education Qualification:
1). Sub Inspector- Candidates should have passed Bachelor degree in any stream from a recognised University.
2). Guardsman - Matriculation Passed.
3). Draftsman - Recognised Civil Engineering Diploma
4). Compounder/Dresser - Recognised Diploma in Nursing
5). Driver - Class 10th Posts with HMV/LMV License.
6). Non Combatant Employees- VIII Class Passed
Mode of Selection
Candidates are get selected on the basis of
- Physical Efficiency Test.
- Written Examination.
- Personal Interview.
Salary/Pay Scale
Candidates applying for Posts no.1 to 4 will get pay Rs. 8300-210-9770-EB-270-12200-370 16270 plus other allowances and remaining posts around of Rs. 7700-190-9030-EB-250-11280-340 15020 plus other allowances as per rules.
